Johnny & Greg’s Fantasy Football Official Rules
1. WJJO will be conducting the Johnny & Greg’s Fantasy Football contest and promotion beginning August25th, 2011 and running through January 2nd, 2012. Contestants must log onto www.wjjo.com to complete the registration process for Johnny & Greg’s Fantasy Football to be eligible to play. Dates of contest are subject to change without notice.
2. To be eligible for the grand prize, participants must select and maintain their fantasy team throughout the complete NFL season. All participants must be at least 18 years of age and a US Citizen. Grand prize winner must be available for travel the weekend of January 27th, 2012 – January 30th, 2012. Dates are not-transferable.
3. WEEKLY POINT RULES: The grand prize winner of the WJJO Johnny & Greg Fantasy Football challenge will be awarded to the player with the most total cumulative points earned by their fantasy football team at the end of the NFL season. To gain weekly points, participants must abide by the rules set out and maintained on the Johnny & Greg Fantasy Football website by Dell Sports. Complete rules of play for WEEKLY POINT GAME PLAY can be found at http://wjjo.dellsports.com/fantasyfb/rules. These rules govern maintaining and accumulating points, how to play, and all tie-breaking point play for the 2011-2012 fantasy football season.
4. GRAND PRIZE SELECTION FOR JOHNNY & GREG FANTASY FOOTBALL: The grand prize winner will be named after the final week of the regular season play, no later than January 14th, 2012. The grand prize winner will be the participant that has the most cumulative points at the end of the regular season. These standings can be found at http://wjjo.dellsports.com/fantasyfb/cumulativestandings.
5. Any and all grand prize offers or claims provided by Dell Sports are in no way associated with WJJO or Mid-West Management Inc. Grand Prize awarded with Johnny & Greg Fantasy Football is under rules and guidelines governed by WJJO and Mid-West Management Inc. All other grand prize offers or claims on the Dell Sports website are under the sole discretion and guidelines of Dell Sports.
6. The grand prize for Johnny & Greg Fantasy Football 2011 is: airfare for two to Honolulu, Hawaii, overnight hotel accommodations and two tickets to the 2012 Pro Bowl, January 29th, 2012. Complete package and value of grand prize is to be determined. Winner will receive a tax form from Mid-West Management Inc. following the giveaway.
7. WJJO, Mid-West Management Inc. and all affiliates of the contest are removed from any and all responsibility all prizes after the grand prizewinner is named.
8. Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitutions of the prize are permitted.
9. Winners must show proof of identification including social security number and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release.
10. By participating in this contest, contestants grant WJJO radio and Mid-West Management Inc. the right to publicize and/or broadcast a contestant’s name, character, likeness, voices and the fact that he/she has participated in and or won the Johnny & Greg Fantasy Football contest without receiving additional compensation.
11. By participating in this contest and/or accepting any prize in this contest, the winner releases WJJO and Mid-West Management Inc. and any additional sponsors from any and all liabilities associated with this contest and/or said prize.
12. Decisions of the WJJO judges are final.
13. WJJO reserves the right to end the contest at any time for any reason without notice. In the event that this happens, WJJO will pick one of the contestants at random. All decisions are final.
14. WJJO reserves the right to change the rules. WJJO also reserves the right to discontinue this contest at any time without prior notice. WJJO also reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who fails to comply with WJJO rules.
15. Employees of WJJO radio, Mid-West Management Inc., and any additional participating sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the contest.
ENTRIES:
¨ All entries must be received on the WJJO.com website through the Johnny & Greg Fantasy Football page. One entry per person per season.
¨ The number of people entered for the contest will determine number of participants.
¨ Participants must be 18 years of age or older, and a citizen of the United States.
¨ Exact date and time of grand prize drawing will be determined at a later date by WJJO and Mid-West Management Inc. Management.
¨ By entering a contest, the winner’s personal information becomes the property of WJJO and may be used for future WJJO promotional mailings and press purposes.
GUIDELINES:
¨ All participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
¨ No purchase necessary to enter.
¨ In the event that a contestant is found to be ineligible for a prize, said prizes will not be awarded. No substitution or transference of prizes by winner.
¨ The decision of the Judges is final.
¨ WJJO reserves the right to change these rules without prior written on air notice, either written or on air.
¨ Persons whose families are employed by WJJO, Mid-West Management Inc., or various participating advertisers, their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, assignees and contractors of their agencies are not eligible to participate in this contest.
¨ By claiming a prize, the winner consents to the use of their likeness or voice for advertisement and promotional purposes without receiving further compensations.
¨ Void where prohibited by law.
¨ Contest open to all US Residents, and all participants must have a valid Social Security number.
¨ The odds of winning depend on the total number of participants involved in the contest.
¨ By accepting any prize, winner agrees to and releases WJJO Mid-West Management Inc. and their respective employees, representatives and agents from all liability of any type whatsoever pertaining to the prize or its use.
¨ Copies of contest rules are available at WJJO, 730 Rayovac Drive, Madison, WI 53711. No responsibility is assumed by WJJO and above sponsor for damaged, lost, altered, misdirected, postage due, incomplete or illegible entries.
¨ WJJO and Mid-West Management Inc. are not responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prizes.
¨ If there is any reason the internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to computer virus, bugs, tampering, terrorism, work stoppage, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond the control of WJJO or Mid-West Management Inc. which affects or corrupts the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, WJJO or Mid-West Management Inc. reserves the right to award prizes with the most cumulative points at the time of the contest termination date.
¨ WJJO and Mid-West Management Inc. furthermore assume no responsibility to any omission, error, deletion, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, defect, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transaction.
