Full time temporary position Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. located in downtown La Crosse. This position is responsible for receiving, processing, and maintaining all incoming Medical and Dental exams completed by contracted health care providers. This position will thoroughly review exams for errors, identify missing components, and retrieve information from providers and/or customers to provide exams that meet client’s requirements and customer specifications in a timely manner. Requires a High school diploma. Experience with medical or dental documentation and terminology are a plus. Customer Service and/or Call Center experience preferred. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office competency with Word, Excel and Outlook required. Must be able to recognize inconsistencies in data, work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines. Requires attention to detail and the ability to be flexible with occasional long or irregular hours to meet department and company goals.
