The annual Hawke’s Radiothon for Veterans is happening December 10th & 11th kicking off at 6AM for a full 28 hours straight!
All of the money raised will go to local Veteran charities in the JJO listening area including but not limited to Badger Honor Flight, VET Center, Sierra Delta, Hogs for Heroes, VA Hospital Homeless Vets Program, Team Rubicon, ARTS for ALL, Operation Ruck 22, FRETS 4 VETS, Combat Vets, Stand Down Madison, and many more.
The goals of the radiothon are as follows:
- Make our Veterans aware of opportunities available for them in our area
2. Let people know who want to help our Veterans, what sort of opportunities are available to help
3. Raise funds to help organizations that serve our Veterans.
